Our son was diagnosed with Aspberger's & Sensory Processing Disorder three years ago. His OT recommended a blanket. It was very expensive,yet we purchased it. SIZING FOR CHILDREN Children under 5 feet and should be 10% of the body weight plus 1-2lbs if recommended by OT.

Child XSmall- 36x42 (for children who weight 20-40lbs)
Child S-    38x50 (for children who weight 41-80lbs)
Child M-   38x60 (for children who weight 81-130lbs)
Child L-    38x 60 (for children who weight 131-180lbs)
Child XL-  42x72(for children who weight 181-200lbs) ALSO FOR EXTREMELY TALL TEENS
 
SIZING FOR ADULTS-Adult Blankets Should be 5 to 10% of their body weight.
