These are our thicker,antipilling fleece blankets.The other side has a cooling solid cotton or minky fabric.  When ordering these particular blankets, please choose the amount of weight you wish...NOT body weight. ***Weighted Blankets are not to cover you from head to toe, for safety reasons.
 
SIZING FOR ADULTS-5 to 10% of their body weight.
SIZING FOR CHILDREN UNDER 5 Feet -10% of their body weight plus 1-2 lbs or recommended weight by Occupational Therapist.
